It’s More Than a Song Lyric

Lady Leaders,

Do you think that work and happiness are essential to the team you lead? To their success? I say YES! Let me explain…

For a long time, work and happiness weren’t seen as associated with each other. Work was a place where you were meant to come in, get the job done, and “clock out.” Happiness was for your free time.

But, happiness isn’t just a bonus, it’s a necessity for any high-functioning workplace or person. In fact, in my research, I learned from the iOpener Institute these key things:

1. Happy team members have 65% more energy than unhappy employees.

2. Employees that are happy in their organization commit twice as much time to their tasks than those that aren’t happy.

3. Happy employees stay with their companies four times longer than their unhappy counterparts.

In other words, Work productivity improves when happiness is the norm! In the past I have been that unhappy employee and even BOSS, but …

I am determined to do something about it! I have created a new e-course to help leaders tap into their Unlimited Happiness, while also equipping aspiring leaders to do the same.

Annie Mckee, from a recent Harvard Business Review, offers this, “There are clear neurological links between feelings, thoughts, and actions. When we are in the grip of strong negative emotions, it’s like having blinders on. We focus mostly – sometimes only – on the source of the pain.”

Let’s change that… Plan now to join the e-course, Unlimited Happiness (Even if You’re in a Job You Hate, or Still Trying to Figure it Out!) Visit the link to begin today!

With Your Unlimited Happiness in Mind,

Dr. Laci

P.S. Pharell still says it best,

Huh, because I’m happy
Clap along if you feel like a room without a roof
Because I’m happy
Clap along if you feel like happiness is the truth
Because I’m happy
Clap along if you know what happiness is to you
Because I’m happy
Clap along if you feel like that’s what you wanna do
